Italian restaurant Vapiano located in the mall "Europa" and the idea of the restaurant is to prepare fast but healthy food. The main dishes in the restaurant are pasta, salads, pizza, soups. There is no waitress in this restaurant, and the idea is to see how Chefs are cooking food just in front of you, so while waiting, we could chat with them and see how they prepare the meal. It is interesting to watch and takes only a few minutes (depending on the dish of course).
Also, we liked the atmosphere in this restaurant, and it has its unique. In the beginning, we didn't know the reason for the big tables. Looks like that all created for people to make contacts with each other. In one side of the table, there is salt, on the other pepper or something else. If near the same table sit different people, they can ask something from the other side and quickly to start chatting with another.
Another interesting fact which we found is the seasoning on the tables. It is possible to see them on the table, and it is possible just to pick some straight to your dish. For the kid's it was quite a big corner to spend time while waiting for the meal and us it is critical because our boys do not like to sit in one place and to wait for something. In the middle of the restaurant, they have olive-tree, and the most exciting fact is that this tree is real. We liked the way how they prepare pasta. It is super fast and tasty. Our boys enjoyed teddy shape pizza, and the desert was excellent.
We highly recommend visiting this restaurant with family!
