In this cozy place, we had a couple of hours perfect time and enjoyable education how to prepare National potato dish "Bandos."
Duration of the program is around 2 hours, and during this period we heart and saw how to make this simple but tasty dish.
This dish is Lithuanian heritage, and it was the most popular in one of the Lithuanian regions - Dzūkija (South of Lithuania). People from Dzūkija used to eat this dish regularly because it was easy to prepare and do not require a lot of products. This recipe is very similar and is something between potato pancakes and another dish from mashed potatoes "Plokštainis."
If you want to try this heritage, you have to order this dish in advance, and the minimum number of people in the group is about 15.
